AKC GCH Burway Found A Penni Birthdate: July 25, 2015 Penni is an amazing little girl, who came to me from Kathi and Kathleen at Foxview Toy Fox Terriers. How amazing is she? Well, in 2017, she received an Award of Merit at the annual Westminster Kennel Club show. In addition, she has a wonderful temperament, is a tremendous show dog, and has vermin-hunting instinct to burn. She has a lot of drive to do things and does not enjoy being crated for very long. However, she does have an "Off" switch and loves to snuggle. I am hoping that she and two of her daughters--Sassi and Yuma--will lay a firm foundation for my new start in Toy Fox Terriers. Starting in 2020, I would like to start showing her in UKC. As you can see from her picture, she has greyed quite a lot (as some TFTs do), but that should not hold her back from at least getting her champion degree. I have started some limited basic obedience training with her and may be working toward a CGC or SPOT with her in 2020. Once she has some basic obedience training, we will be working toward a barn hunt title, as well. Look for Penni in UKC conformation and brood bitch classes in 2020.
