UKC Ch. Aspen's Great Expectations of LoupGarou

Birthdate: August 31, 2017

Pip came into my life just as I was getting past my deep depression. I was still missing Beau beyond the point of wanting to continue in Toy Fox Terriers and thought a puppy of a new breed might be helpful. For a time, I had considered leaving TFTs for Teddy Roosevelt Terriers, so I sought out Deb Botruff in Holly Springs, MS for my first TRT puppy. Little clown that he is, Pip helped pull me out of my final funk and convinced me once and for all that I needed to ADD Teddies to my TFTs, not replace them. He is my first Teddy, but not my last.

I did a limited amount of showing with Pip in 2017 and 18, both in UKC and in Foundation Stock Service/Open shows in AKC. Pip showed what a good show dog he could be in Peoria, IL, when Deb took him to a UKC show and finished him in one weekend. We will be doing some more AKC shows at the end of this year, now that Teddies are in the Miscellaneous class, and will start up with UKC shows with a vengeance in 2020. Pip will be continuing his obedience and Rally lessons this year, focusing on what he needs to know for his CGC and SPOT. We will also start doing some agility training when the weather gets cooler and barn hunt training (along with Badger, Johnny, and Penni) and try to get those titles started next year, as well. After a quiet 2019, he'll be hitting the ground running in January!

Pip is a happy and athletic little guy who has been given a bit of time off to relax and mature in peace. Once he has proven himself in various events and has tested clear of genetic diseases, he may be offered for stud service to approved females.
